1 29oz. can Bruce's Yams, drained (& squished to get out excess juice)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 T. vanilla
1/2 stick softened butter

Blend well and pour into greased casserole dish.

TOPPING: (this is what makes it WAY yummy)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 cup flour

Mix together and spread on top of potato mixture.

Bake at 350 until heated through and the topping meets your crunchy requirements :)

If you want to have extra topping, heap the brown sugar and throw in some extra nuts.

I'm hungry again. Every time I read people's blogs, I get hungry. Now I'm gonna have to make this. And the boys won't touch it. So I'll have to eat the WHOLE DISH.
