Day 7: Flat

Not a very exciting picture, I know, but this wonderful corrugated rectangular prism (with FLAT sides) holds a true gem...our newly repaired Playstation 3. It arrived today. I love the UPS man! About two weeks ago there was much sorrow in our home when, for no apparent reason, the Playstation would not turn on. Ryan railed against the injustice of being denied playing Warhawk, but, somehow, he has survived. I hope, for the sake of the Sony people, that said game is included in the box (since it was trapped inside the console).

Our PS2 did that about a day or two after getting it. We got 2 free games because it destroyed them when we tried to play them. How sucky is that? MERRY CHRISTMAS BOYS! SANTA GAVE US A DUD!

I'm glad you got it back. :D

I believe this is an evil plot by the Japanese to destroy America. These Sony guys may be more dangerous than Al-Queda. Is it a coincidence that our playstation broke too? I think not. The two free games are probably filled with messages that are brainwashing the kids to overthrow the U.S. government. Or not.

NGM, Wow, good thing you've got that black belt. You'll save us all!
Princess, glad your instrument of terrorism is back in your hands. :) So, did you get your game back?

It would truly be a terrible time in this house if ours broke. Alex and Andy played for hours yesterday. They were so into whatever they were playing that they forgot to eat lunch. Around 1:00 CTP said, "did the boys eat?" I said, "No, but they are quiet and getting along so I'm not interupting them." Just starving them instead.

Oh, Kim, you are so funny! I would do exactly the same thing!!!!!

OMG! I've done the same thing!
NGM doesn't appreciate it...but I'll be damned if I'm interrupting a time when my sons are getting along!

Okay, that takes some of the guilt away. Just kidding, no guilt here.

The game made it home, but I don't think it's OUR game. They've sent us an imposter. It's not the same Playstation either, so all of the games that Big S had downloaded and all of the saved game data is GONE! Big S is checking now to see if it even works. Sony's server is down so he can't something, something, something (insert some type of computer jargon here). I bet the imposter game is encoded with those same brainwashing messages as yours NGM!
